With 6 transmit and 8 receive channels, it offers a 175 m maximum detection range in MRR mode and 30 m high-precision coverage in parking mode, ensuring seamless performance across both highway and low-speed environments.

This model supports dual-mode switching via command control—providing optimal sensing profiles for mid-range object detection and close-proximity maneuvers. Its high angular resolution (1.8° horizontal, 1.6° vertical) enables accurate classification of vehicles, pedestrians, and obstacles, even in cluttered or partially occluded environments.

Engineered with IP6K9K & IP67 ingress protection and a wide operating temperature range (-40 °C to +85 °C), the R7863C is built for reliable, long-term operation in harsh environmental conditions.
